ContributorNetwork – COMMENTARY | I always knew the day would come when the president would release his original birth certificate, and there was also a part of me that felt it would not be enough. There are simply people who cannot accept the fact that President Barack Obama, a black man, is holding the highest office in the land. They will never accept it, no matter the credentials. It’s just not going to happen. And for our country, that is sad. Our only response to our president’s efforts on behalf of America is to ask him for his papers.
